Thera 2006/06/11 Sing the happy song!I had a great time last night. Me, Angel, Tracy, Sam, and Tracy's little sister Sam went to St. Louis. Since there was already a Sam with us, I decided to call little Sam "Skittles."
First we went to the Olive Garden. Yummy.... I was so full. After that, we went to South County mall. That was fun. After that, we went to Old Navy and spent forever in there. I can't really complain about it too much though. I mean it's 5 girls in Old Navy... I knew it was gonna be awhile... Since they were all taking forever I decided to sit on a bench. That was boring until I saw a quarter machine with big colorful bouncy balls.
 I bought one and was running around the store and bouncing it and playing. That was a lot of fun, until Angel told me it was time to leave. I cried. After that, we went to the West County mall. We went to Torrid, but they didn't have anything that I would feel comfortable wearing. Then we went to Hot Topic and I got the best shirt ever. It says, "You have beautiful eyes... can I touch them?" Angel bought a shirt that says, "You looked better on Myspace." So I got that, then we went to Bath and Body Works and I sampled almost everything. I smelled really good, lol. After that, I somehow lost everyone, so I just wandered around the mall playing with my bouncy ball. When we left the mall it was raining, thundering, and lightening really bad. We were scared so we stopped at a restaurant. (I think it was Ruby Tuesdays.) When the rain stopped, we headed south toward home.
On the way home we were listening to Madonna and singing. All of a sudden, Skittles started freaking out. I was in the front, so I couldn't really see what she was doing, all I knew was the she was screaming and hitting her flip flop against the window. Then we hear, "Oh shit, I lost my favorite sandal!" I was dying laughing. I almost peed my pants. So we had to pull over so Skittles could run across the highway to get her shoe. That took awhile and I was laughing the whole time.
Angel and I finally got home at about 1:30 am. I went straight to bed because I knew that we had to get up at 8:30 for church.
So I wake up at almost 9 this morning and Mom was still in bed. So since we're obviously not going to church I thought I'd play and blog and stuff.
It's still kinda rainy, so I guess I won't be mowing today. (Yay!)

      2006/06/08 Thoughts of TodayMy poor MSN Space... how I've neglected you.... and no one cares...
I have been working my butt off around the house doing yard work and junk. I cleaned my room too. That's cool. Lots of space to play now.
I have a cut on my nose. I don't know where it came from, but it's quite painful.
I'm drinking black cherry Kool-Aid. Yum.
I really suck at pool. Really need to work on that. It's a little embarrassing.
I need to paint my nails. They're chipped.
I bought the American Idol CD. It's pretty good. Not as good as last year's, but good. My favorite on it is Melissa McGhee - "What About Love." I didn't know that song, but it's catchy. Elliot's is pretty good too. I was a little disappointed that there was no group song on it. What's up with that?
I already miss Idol. I can't wait for the concert! We have really good seats.
I wonder if they will be auditioning in St. Louis again?? I hope so. If so, I'm there. There's not a chance in hell that I'm going to Hollywood, but I had so much fun the last time. I can't help but think that if I was thinner, I would have made it. I don't know... maybe not... but I've often wondered.
I'm bored... and I don't know what to say. Angel will be home soon. She'll want to use the computer. Wow...my screen is dirty. I can really see all of the fingerprints against this black screen. You can't tell it's dirty when I'm on Melanie's page. It's bright and pretty....
Hmm... I'm so sick of yard work. I just mowed our yard yesterday, and I have to mow the grass at our other house tomorrow. It's gonna be hot...
I like to complain.
I think it's gone on long enough though. I doubt anyone has read this far. Scratch that. I doubt anyone has read this, period. If you did.... please leave a comment. Why? I don't know.... there's really no point. Comments don't make me any "cooler" or anything. It's just nice to see them...

OMG. Katharine singing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" was absolutely beautiful! I loved it! I am a little concerned for her though. I voted non-stop for the entire 2 hours. I must have called over a 1,000 times, but I only got through 19 times. I sent 5 text messages though. We'll see if it paid off. *crosses fingers*

A lot has been going on. Angel and Joe have decided to get a divorce, so she and Emma have moved in here.
I'm happy that Emma is here. Before she and Angel moved in, I felt like I never saw her very much. Now, I'm taking care of her while Angel is at work. So I've been doing that, and trying to make Angel happy. That has kept me pretty busy.

So is anybody sad that Kellie and Paris are no longer on American Idol??

Did you hear about what Bo Bice supposedly did?
Bo Bice got into a drunken scrape with a fan the other night at a midtown Manhattan pub. The fan approached Bo, asking him if he was indeed Bo Bice. Bice denied it, saying that his name was Kevin. The fan later came back to Bo to apologize for bothering him, and Bo instantly punched the fan in the chin.

2006/04/23 Who can deny the joy it brings when you find that special thing. You're flying without wings.Don't worry. I'm okay. Things are much better now. Derek and I are pretty much back to normal.
I really don't have anything to blog about though. I should be cleaning my room right now...did I mention that I have ADD?? LOL.
Katharine was amazing last week, wasn't she? I can't believe Chris was in the bottom three. Weird. So am I right in thinking that Kellie is the only one left that hasn't been in the bottom three??
Since I'm on the subject of TV, did anyone see the new Degrassi Friday? I really liked it.
And speaking of Degrassi, I saw "Take The Lead" the other night. Lauren Collins (who plays Paige on Degrassi) was in it. It was pretty good.
 Did you watch the new video on here? It's Theresa Sokyrka (from Canadian Idol) singing "Dream A Little Dream Of Me"(I love that song.)
And speaking of Degrassi again, (lol) is that Hazel sitting behind the last judge? It looks like her, but I'm not sure.
